Central Improvement Group

Seven Trust Development Leads support Academy development. These key leaders coordinate network and collaborate activities throughout the Trust and hold key reporting accountability to the CEO. These are; Safeguarding Lead, Family Engagement Lead, CPD lead, Attitudes to Learning Lead, Attendance and Punctuality Lead, Assessment and Data Lead and Vulnerable Groups Lead.

Each Lead meets key academy personnel once per half term, in addition to carrying out audit activities to ensure all academies within the Trust achieve a high and consistent standard of delivery.

Central Business Group

The central team are our glue and work together to ensure Academy Principals can maintain their unwavering focus on improving the quality of education for our pupils.

The team are based at Ambleside Primary Academy and are always ready to respond to any enquiry. The team is led by our CFO who coordinates activities against our growth strategy with our HR lead, Operations Manager, Finance Manage, HR Administrator and Finance Administrator.

Central Education Group

This group comprises of our senior education team: CEO, Academy Principals, Heads of Academies, CFO and Director of Education and is chaired by our CEO.

The team meets every four weeks and is the critical driver for our Education Strategy. All key school improvement investments and developments are worked through this group collaboratively.
